We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual whose knowledge and leadership skills will help us take our Quality Inspection team to the next level. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, continuous improvement opportunities and a knack for influencing others toward a course of action. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment as you work hand-in-hand with the Operations, Supplier Management and Engineering teams to ensure incoming and outgoing products are aligned with customer requirements, regulatory compliance, business goals and objectives. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, quality, and continuous improvement of our products and processes. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team environment where bright minds come together to collaborate, design and lead the charge to delight our customers.


  • Engage in the Receiving, in-process, and finished good inspection processes;
  • Further develop the receiving inspection program by working with Engineering to establish incoming specifications for existing and new hardware designs;
  • Utilize the inspection process infrastructure to identify issues which will enable proactive corrective action rather than reactionary action that may affect the factory or customers;
  • Identify tools and/or services that will support the inspection process. Own implementation of tools which includes training to inspection team, setting up PM/CALs and owning any documentation;
  • Develop professional relationships with factory-wide Entegris teams to facilitate corrective actions;
  • Support and be accountable to the inspection team to support the factory to a zero defect environment;
  • Support inspection team to escalate issues to the appropriate teams for root cause analysis and elimination;
  • Drive a “Safety First” culture through the inspection group; thus, leading the factory personnel by example.


  • High school diploma with 1-3 years in a technical role within a fast paced environment;
  • A fundamental knowledge of Quality driven inspections – Visual, dimensional and functional;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence team members to improve processes and successfully implement process improvements for an organization;
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to create a positive environment in all situations, build mentor/mentee relationships at all levels of the department, and maintain productive relationships across departmental lines;
  • Experience that demonstrates an affinity to review existing quality and operations processes to consistently drive for continuous improvement through innovative problem solving and risk mitigation techniques;
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally, always looking for opportunities to be better.
