The FNIH seeks a Strategic Alliances Officer for its existing elite team of fundraising professionals supporting groundbreaking biomedical research programs, training initiatives, events, and other FNIH and NIH priorities. Responsible for annually raising 5-7 figure major gifts targeted toward specific program priorities, each Strategic Alliances Officer builds and maintains strong relationships with a donor pipeline that includes principal gifts level pharmaceutical partners and other corporate, foundation and nonprofit donors. They also create and implement strategies to develop and solicit new prospects for first-time FNIH partnerships, growing the donor pipeline over time. The Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH) seeks a Senior HR / Learning and Development Officer, responsible for delivering a broad suite of human resources services, and in particular to develop and implement professional development, performance, and evaluation initiatives that maximize the potential of FNIH's workforce and furthers its mission. Programs could range from leadership development and project management to performance assessment and succession planning. The goal is to ensure that the Foundation is a place of continuous learning and discovery, to accelerate the careers and impact of its people, and to deliver on its biomedical research mandate.
