Within the first two weeks, complete basic product training on the CINC platform/product, and work closely with the Billing Lead to develop a solid understanding of the internal billing system and processes.
Communicate with clients with overdue balances and facilitate timely collections.
Review incoming client contracts for licensing fee structure and setup initial client accounts within the billing system.
Communicate with clients regarding billing system set up during the implementation process and develop accommodating billing arrangements with third parties when necessary.
Process and complete all billing maintenance requests submitted via support tickets and/or phone calls with a quick turnaround and a high level of accuracy.
Monitor aging reports to minimize overdue payments and escalate issues as needed to the Billing Lead.
Research, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an office environment. Experience in a Billing department preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and Zuora is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
High level of attention to detail and a passion for staying organized.
