We are relentlessly customer focused. Until recently, many of our team members were organizers using products just like ours. We keep that history close to mind, and strive to treat all of our clients as we want to be treated. 

GetThru works to make sure our employees feel engaged, empowered, and have ample opportunities for training and growth.

We do not have a central office. Our team members are located all over the country, where they work from home or co-working spaces. We get together in-person as a full team once a year, and hold smaller in-person meetings of our departmental teams.

We are honest with each other and our clients while always staying courteous and kind. This extends to telling our customers what we can and can’t do, sharing important information with employees, and giving each other critical feedback. We’ve developed in-depth communication norms to help us live by this value.

We stay humble as a company and as individuals. We know that our clients won’t stay with us if our performance lags, and that competitors can always erode our market share. And we recognize our gaps in knowledge and capacity and work to improve them.
