Dealerware has an immediate, full-time opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us transform the way car dealers and manufacturers think about products and profits. We’re looking for someone that has professional experience with web programming, comfortable working with cloud platforms, knows the ins and outs of the frameworks and libraries they currently use and wants to master new frameworks.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:

  • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team to iterate and deliver on new product increments
  • Assist in our transformation from monolithic back-end to a service oriented architecture
  • Build amazing UX client-side apps with React and reusable APIs in Ruby on Rails or Go
  • Coach and mentor team members on software engineering activities and best practices
  • Collaborate with your team and our internal guilds to continuously improve our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure
  • Contribute to solving the company's toughest technical challenges

  • Have expert knowledge of service-oriented architectures, domain-driven design, test-driven development, networking, and security
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear, concise manner

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience with Ruby on Rails , Go or Java
  • 3+ years of professional work experience with JS, Angular, React or similar framework
  • Experience in a professional environment with other programming languages and tools (i.e.Python, Java, C#, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in developing high-performing, scalable and resilient web services, and applications
  • Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Knowledge in using advanced SQL/MySQL queries
  • Adept with full-stack development
