We’re glad you’re exploring our Engineer position and want to share some of the details.   Overview The Engineer will be responsible for the innovation and validation of new processes, the improvement of current processes, and the reduction of process variability. You will research, develop, and recommend process and equipment improvements/needs for the new products while maintaining the levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction within assigned area. You will also provide engineering support for a product or range of products through all phases of product development and manufacturing.   Education & Experience Requirements You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or other relevant engineering discipline.
