River Oaks of Minnesota supports those requiring assistance with physical needs and also enables those with mental health challenges achieve the highest quality of life possible through a person-centered care approach. We achieve this through our Assisted Living Facilities and Mental Health Support programs. We are committed to helping those we serve to attain independence and stability through a program of engagement and compassion.
