This Project Manager position administers homeless services programs within the Division of Neighborhood Revitalization. This position is part of the Maryland Balance of State Continuum of Care team, which leads and implements a coordinated homeless services system in 9 rural and suburban counties. This position manages grants, technical assistance, and services provided to local governments, nonprofit organizations and businesses, ensuring compliance with Departmental and HUD standards, and regulatory and statutory requirements.    Responsibilities include monitoring projects, providing training and technical assistance, and assisting with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
