Responsibilities & Qualifications This position ensures compliance with all policies and regulations for CMS Model of Care (MOC) business. This position is responsible for providing quality oversight of APH service delivery. Collects and analyzes data and in conjunction with other members of the quality team and other departments implements changes to the delivery of our product service. This position is the designated primary contact with an external client's compliance department. The person may live in Florida and travel to San Juan, PR> Essential Functions: Maintaining quality oversight of contractual requirements Maintaining appropriate documentation for all aspects of the compliance programDeveloping and communicating data analysis Responding to client needs and ensuring wholistic communicationEvaluates outcomes for the service delivery and programs and initiates projects to improve outcomes. May lead or co-facilitate the quality committees.Evaluates the efficacy of implementation, provides suggestions for change, and implements solutions.Supports the corporate quality functions for client and regulatory audits.Serves as the quality representative on project teams.
