What you will be doing Prepare, obtain approval, issue and implement company quality assurance program manual in compliance with owner contract and company requirements Provide necessary outgoing correspondence and insure compliance and/or correctness Participate in review board meetings to resolve nonconformance areas; follow up to insure corrections are implemented Supervise internal/external audits to insure quality assurance requirements are implemented and/or maintained Supervise inspection of work in various disciplines as required Perform additional assignments per management's direction Assist in resolution of company nonconformance reports Coordinate quality assurance program with job site departments and contractors As required by quality assurance program manual, perform activities such as audits, preparation of company standards, notification to management of quality problems, etc Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality assurance personnel including personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development/approval of in-house training, etc Act as liaison with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters as required Review budget, materials, and time schedules Insure company standards as outlined in quality assurance manual are effectively implemented Insure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance Maintains knowledge of Flatiron's company values and strategic plan Support published corporate policies What we are looking for Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 5 years quality assurance experience related experience and/or training Or High School Diploma or GED and 11 years quality assurance experience related experience and/or training Required company or regulatory certifications Required company Safety certifications Valid Drivers License Required Why work for us Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are: Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vison and/or Provincial Medical Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Program We are an EEO/AA/ADA/Veterans employer. Performs data entry support for office and department needs, including time card entry, equipment hours and usage. Maintains conference room and facility cleanliness and preparedness. Monitors conference room bookings and assists office staff reserving and coordinating meetings and catering. Perform additional assignments per management's direction. Maintains company and business contact information, seating and event calendar documents. Assists with service requests and maintenance for the Chino Hills office and send office communication technology, including office fax machine, printers, postage metering and specialty shipping vendor portals. Performs a variety of clerical duties, including making copies, typing memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as directed.
