ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) for Territories and Customer Operations to provide support in a one-on-one working relationship with the Vice President of Territories and Vice President of Customer Operations. The EA represents the Vice Presidents internally and externally, acting as a liaison between the Vice Presidents and employees, teams, vendors, and clients. The EA monitors and advises on issues taking place in the work environment and keeps the Vice Presidents updated as needed. The EA develops meeting materials and presentations, conducts research and analysis, manages projects and motivates projects toward successful completion, and tracks and reports on a variety of business initiatives and deliverables. The EA takes on special projects/assignments at the discretion of the Vice Presidents. This full-time, exempt position is located in our Portland, Oregon office and reports to the Vice President of Territories and Vice President of Customer Operations. ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:LiaisonCommunicate all Purchasing requirements to the project team to include but not limited to domestic material call outs, long lead items, tooling requirementsCoordinate the arrival of new parts, to include paperwork, that require First Article Inspection to ensure timely processing through Receiving and InspectionManage available non-production inventory to maximize use-up and rework for CDR and test seats to minimize financial impact to the programEnsure that all program requirements are aligned with the global supply chain strategyProject ManagementParticipate in customer meetings (Initial Technical Coordination Meeting, Preliminary Design Review, Customer Design Review, First Article Inspection of seats) as a representative of supply chain and provide input and feedback as required to ensure program goals are metManage percent complete for all drawings to ensure milestones are metCalculate and report on time delivery and first pass yield of all drawingsManage the design changes to ensure drawings are released on time, purchase orders are adjusted, and committed delivery dates support the program schedule Manage program milestones to ensure that all gates are met on time and escalate to appropriate supply chain management as required Identify any risks within the supply chain, locate risk on risk cube, develop and implement mitigation plan, manage risk through completionEnsure all regulatory, procedural, and compliance guidelines are adhered toScheduleEnsure that all required lead times are maintained within the Integrated Master Schedule to include parts and toolingCommunicate all requirements throughout the supply chain and manage shortages and delivery dates for all CDR and test parts to adhere to the program scheduleCoordinate the purchase of non-production parts to support program schedule QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field.
