Daytop Village of NJ, Inc. is seeking a part-time Office Manager for our outpatient program located in Hunterdon, NJ, to join our high performance team. Desired candidate will have a minimum HS diploma/GED with 1-2 years administrative experience. EOE; Bi-lingual A+; Understanding of co-occurring and substance use disorders A+

Qualifications

 

 

This team player will have a good working knowledge of office equipment (phone, fax, scanner, and printer) and be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook; will be efficient, organized, reliable and responsible with good telephone/communication skills and will be able to create a positive first impression for all in-person, telephone, and electronic inquiries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling, working with families, CMO workers, and any other stakeholders to aid in removing any barriers preventing admission; maintaining, updating and submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as requested accurate reports.
