Training Curriculum Designer

Do you have a PhD in medical or biological science and experience in curriculum design? ETSI needs you! In addition to partnering with clients to assess and develop curricula for sales training, ETSI provides a broad offering of innovative training products, including: modules, eLearning, workshops, assessments, job aids, and coaching resources.

What we need in a Training Curriculum Designer:

- five or more years of experience in instruction/instructional design

- ability to communicate complex medical/scientific information in a way that is understood and learned by pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech sales representatives

- high degree of proficiency in editing and writing

- strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills

- ability to listen effectively, accurately understand, and respond appropriately to verbal and written communication

- ability to analyze client training needs and training materials and synthesize into proposed training solutions

What the Training Curriculum Designer does:

- analyze and develop training curricula for pharmaceutical and device sales representatives according to adult learning theories and principles

- project lead from the scientific content perspective, working in close communication with Account Managers

- participate in conference calls and client meetings

- recommend/make adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of proposals and agreements process

- collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriateness and quality of content
