Overview

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, documentation, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for the company's cloud based business.



Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal and external compliance audits
  • Grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends
  • Document controls to manage risks
  • Review and understand policy exceptions
  • Define compliance requirements of end users
  • Review work processes with control owners to ensure compliance with policies
  • Bring visibility to the compliance standards within the department


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with OnBase
  • Experience working with audit firms
  • Experience with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants guidelines
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
  • Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightness
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies
