Position Description: Summary
Liaison between Sales & Operation Team. Resource for the Retail Mortgage Bankers to supply answers for underwriting scenarios, income calculations and everyday troubleshooting.

- Assist with various aspects of the files, including but not limited to reconstructing loans, pre-underwriting, and data input into encompass
- Facilitate loan files from Sales to Operation to meet company funding goals

Education and/or Experience:
Language Language Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED is required;
- 5-7 years related mortgage experience required in a similar role
- Proficient with MS Office
- Demonstrated relationship/customer/project management qualities and focus
- Ability to work in a high paced team environment, recognizes and acts on changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problems solving and analytical skills
- Prioritization skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
