Supports the Company's compensation programs, including job analysis, salary surveys, merit planning, reporting and compliance. Ensures accuracy, competitiveness and insights for our overall compensation strategy. Evaluates and analyzes data to ensure alignment with the organization pay philosophy and practices.


  • Evaluates jobs, documents responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions
  • Researches and analyzes market data to determine competitive positioning of classifications
  • Assists in the maintenance of the company's salary structure
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Department Leaders on job evaluations, new job creation and job descriptions
  • Develops reports and provides analysis for a variety of compensation projects
  • Assists with the review of job descriptions and exemption test as required
  • Coordinates the administration of base pay and merit programs
  • Participates in salary surveys as required
  • Assists with development of compensation training/education needs
  • Assists and supports HR Business Partners and Department Leaders with compensation related issues
  • Maintains a job description repository for HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Supports the LTIP, stock and other bonus programs


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with accuracy
  • Demonstrated success in completing assignments within deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Advanced Microsoft skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Success in building and maintaining relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
