Human Resource Coordinator

The Opportunity

Goodman is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Human Resource Coordiantor position. The person will assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function and duties. Assists with the implementation of services, policies and programs. Carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: technology, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development.   • Handles training logistics and recordkeeping
  • Assists with employee relations
  • Develops employee communication
  • Administers compensation programs
  • Administers and benefits programs and resolves issues
  • Maintains employee and HR (soft and hard) files
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
  • Supports other HR staff
  • Plans and implements employee events
  • Runs reports
  • May provide support to other administrative areas in the Company
  • Performs other duties as assigned
