Overview

Corgan is actively recruiting experienced, registered Project Architect with significant experience in construction administration to join the firm in Chicago as part of our Aviation market sector. Dynamic individual will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Provide leadership to staff
  • Manage client relations


Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have 5+ years experience in construction administration. Candidates must be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation and consultant coordination are required. Aviation or transportation related experience or experience managing large teams on large-scale projects highly desired. Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential as well as strong and effective organizational and communication skills and the ability to present confidently.

Candidates should also exhibit strong master planning skills and be able to collaborate on a diverse project team. Individual must have strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and should exhibit strong marketing capabilities. Current architectural registration required along with a professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency strongly desired.
