Sitting/standing at bench and tissue culture hood for extended amounts of time. Walking to nearby buildings to use certain core facilities.

|Job Summary|| |
The PI is interested in hiring an individual who is capable of conducting state-of-the-art experiments in basic science and cancer research. S/he will conduct experiments in the context of the laboratory's overall goals. She/He should be proficient in molecular biological, biochemical, tissue culture and flow cytometric techniques and should have had some experience with animal manipulation and husbandry. S/he will be expected to have adequate computer skills, and be able to put together data into presentations, reports and manuscripts. Ability to work independently will be critical, and the individual will be encouraged to maintain his/her own project as well as helping others in the lab.
