Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, with additional hours required as needed.
Job Summary
Function as a Compensation Consultant by partnering with healthcare managers to develop strategic organizational structures, including re-organizations; develop and monitor metrics for organizational success and recommend improvements; perform forecasting/projections to identify future needs; partner/collaborate to determine the best job classification for positions; participate in collaboration with Employment Department; deliver user-friendly training in position description writing and compliance. Participate in departmental organizational improvement activities. Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, etc., rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities which include the following: human resources knowledge, customer service orientation, collaboration, critical thinking, interpersonal communication skills, respect for diversity, problem solving, detail orientation, and excellent follow through.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field. Master's Degree highly preferred.
