OsteoMed is looking for an experienced CNC Operator with a minimum of 7 years of experience on a variety of manual & CNC machine tools & controls at its Corporate office in Addison, TX.

What do I need?

  • Comprehensive understanding of of cutting tool geometries (shapes, spirals, angles, nose radii) and materials (HSS, cobalt, carbide) and the ability to grind custom tools.
  • Expertise calculating/estimating machine cycle times, determining cost effective operational sequences, machinability and feasibility.
  • Advanced skills in CNC command code (G and M) and piece fixing.
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing knowledge a plus.
  • High school or GED required.
  • Duel spindle Swiss style manufacturing experience essential.
