We are seeking an HR and Compliance Associate to join our growing company. The Associate plays a mission critical role in meeting Veracyte's business objectives. The successful incumbent joins a small, collaborative and nimble team that works closely together on initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting HR and Compliance and Quality operations at Veracyte.

Who You Are:
- Assist in compliance programs for the Company that meet the federal guidelines standards and industry regulations
- Lead the process for creating, revising, and managing the approval processes for quality documents and collaborate with document reviewers to consolidate comments and resolve discrepancies
- Design and maintain templates used for the creation of documents; ensuring consistent use and application of templates by users
- Identify and track key deliverables associated with process events or changes to aid in implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate and distribute company-wide policies and compliance training to ensure business objectives and customer requirements are met. Conduct reporting and follow-up related activities.
- Lead sales compliance such as DMV checks, Proof of Insurance, EOI Sales Certificate
- Assist in new employee documents set-up and data quality review in HRIS records
- Facilitate workers compensation and injury reporting
- Audit benefits invoices to ensure accurate processed payment each month
- File and archive documentation and keep an accurate inventory of records on and off site
You have a degree in a business or administration related field and at least two years of experience participating in quality, compliance, administrative and/or human resources functions at a public company. You've handled confidential material discreetly and in accordance with established policies and procedures. You are a savvy user of productivity applications including MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Coworkers describe you as motivated and proactive with having strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. You can work well under pressure, organize priorities, deal with interruptions, and maintain flexibility and confidentiality.
