Amen Clinics are outpatient health care clinics that have been providing mental wellness strategies to patients of all ages since 1989. We offer patient-first experiences and customized solutions to an array of behavioral and psychiatric conditions. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Amen Clinics brand with various tasks such as collaborating on the development and execution of marketing requests, content creation, and corporate projects. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for balancing numerous tasks at any given time and will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics, to implement and monitor marketing department efforts. The Marketing Coordinator is passionate about marketing and thrives working in a collaborative fashion through open communication, the giving and gaining of trust, and participating as an active member of the team in an environment of mutual respect.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking the timely progress and successful completion of weekly tasks and projects delegated by the Senior Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics
• Prepares and distributes regular, organization-wide reports to track and analyze marketing performance, measured against budget and objectives
• Works with Senior Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics to develop and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks for the Amen Clinics website and blog strategized with the SEO agency partners
• Support agency partners with PPC campaigns with the Amen Clinic brand and with maintaining the web presence platform
• Works with the Senior Marketing Manager, Amen Clinics to help manage Amen Clinics marketing campaigns, including reporting and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Collaborate on, edit, deliver and optimize marketing materials for all Amen Clinics local clinic marketing efforts including event strategy
• Work closely with the Clinic Directors and Clinic Outreach Managers to coordinate marketing initiatives
• Maintains cohesion and coordination between all marketing activities to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinates functional integration and full leverage of all marketing content and communications
• Aligns all creative and marketing assignments, initiatives, responsibilities, scheduling and deadlines
• Maintains message and brand standards compliance throughout the organization
• Proofreads and edits content and copy for all Amen Clinics communications
• Assists with social media by requesting and acquiring the necessary resources to successfully implement Amen Clinics content strategy on an ongoing basis
• Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate a commitment to kindness, competence and passion for superior customer service and quality patient care with every internal and external customer
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Search Marketing, Public Relations or similar field required
  • Knowledge of general business and marketing practices
  • Knowledge of social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram for business
  • Knowledge of digital marketing utilizing SEO, SEM and PPC preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Microsoft 365
  • Strong proofreading skills with meticulous attention to spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills including excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, project management skills and time management skills
  • Ability to convey compelling messages and interest in generating creative ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete assignments within the time allotted
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected patient information
  • Ability to work positively as a team player, and establish and maintain effective relationships with team members at all levels of the organization


  • Interacts frequently with patients, clinic personnel and outside referral sources.
