PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst to support our government customer in Yorktown, VA

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Program Analyst will provide support to the Program and Project Managers in the areas of business and financial management support. The following tasks are to include:
  • Responsible for coordinating conferences, training, meetings and teleconferences as required; assist with the preparation of all tasks associated with the events including but not limited to: scheduling, reserving facilities and equipment, customer notification, coordination of attendees, documentation, presentations, meeting minutes/lessons learned/action items, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Maintain databases - enters and retrieves data, analyzes data, creates queries and produces custom reports
  • Research and compile metrics and statistics on Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Assist the Project Management team in maintaining the Project Plan and other project related documentation, deliverables and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of financial information related to the project
  • Prepare materials for audit preparation as requested
  • Monitor and track the procurement and inventory of office equipment and supplies, hardware and software
  • Maintain records on all training and the Employee Roster Database

Required Qualifications:
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret Clearance
  • Ability to support the tracking, documentation, and statusing of all key activities on behalf of the Program Manager throughout the life cycle of the Task Order
  • Ability to support the tracking and maintenance of the SLDCADA Integrated Master Schedule, monitoring delivery of the Task Order CDRLs, projects and the semi-annual SLDCADA release schedule using Microsoft Project
  • Ability to assist in communication and program management activities in support of the Task Order including reporting and metrics, monthly status report, travel expense reporting, and other administrative duties

Preferred Experience:
  • Two (2) years' experience supporting a Project or Program Manager. DoD or federal experience preferred

Education Requirements:

Two (2) years minimum of college level education or Associate's degree; or equivalent education. An educational equivalency of two (2) years' experience in a comparable assignment (i.e., performing the same or similar function) may be substituted for the college level education or Associates degree. An educational equivalency is in addition to years' experience.
