We are seeking an experienced manager and strategic, action-oriented leader to lead our Partner Success Team (PST). The PST supports education leaders to achieve their pedagogical and performance goals. The PST stewards strong and enduring relationships with our current partners (including schools, school districts, state departments of ed, education associations, and foundations). Members of the PST ensure participants in each partnership receive exceptional personalized professional development that align with their instructional priorities and goals.
The PST also works closely and collaboratively with the sales, product, marketing and coaching teams to ensure that partnerships are running smoothly, partners are delighted and BetterLesson Coaching is on track to deliver maximum impact. As the Head of Partner Success, you will be responsible for the satisfaction, renewal and expansion of our partners. Additionally, you will continue to build this high-performing team to tackle our ambitious mission and goals, ensuring that the members of PST are supported and growing. You will manage members of the PST directly, as well as growing and supporting team members to manage other team members. You will continue to support and further develop an already-strong team culture in a responsive, inclusive, empowering way.
You will help define the partner journey, determine and codify what success is to our partners, and you will implement a system to track metrics and outcomes.
