A KaBOOM! Account Manager manages and grows KaBOOM! partnerships with a variety of corporate and foundation sponsors who support our work to ensure all children get the play they need to thrive. The Account Manager is a key representative of the KaBOOM! brand and culture, ensuring our partners have a playful, high quality experience with us. Key responsibilities include working with sponsors to define the scope and scale of their respective programs, leveraging partnerships to increase internal and external visibility for KaBOOM!, our partners and the cause of play, managing and resolving conflicts as needed, serving as a partnership spokesperson, renewing partnerships and securing incremental investments and acting as a liaison between Funding Partners, Community Partners and KaBOOM! internal teams to ensure expectations of all partners are managed and understood.
Duties and Responsibilities:
KaBOOM! is the national non-profit dedicated to giving all kids especially those living in poverty the childhood they deserve through great, safe places to play. KaBOOM! inspires communities to make play the easy choice and works to drive the national discussion about the importance of PLAYces. KaBOOM! has collaborated with partners to build or restore more than 17,000 playspaces, engaged more than 1.5 million volunteers and served over 9 million kids.
