Part project manager and part digital guru the Integrated Marketing Manager leads the execution of marketing and communications campaign plans and organizational initiatives.  This role champions consistent messaging, aligns resources, tracks deliverables, and uses data and analytics to benchmark success.

I.  Lead

  1. Lead the execution of the day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Communication projects and campaigns
  2. Manage digital marketing resources including Google Ad Words, Quantcast, and social advertising platforms, among others, to drive traffic to CPM websites
  3. Coordinate campaigns with design, video, social media, events, and fundraising, and editorial teams
  4. Work closely with the Social Media Manager and the Audience Engagement Analyst to ensure a seamless digital experience and reporting process
  5. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels  
  6. Develop organizational e-mail marketing growth strategy and optimizes e-mail customer journey
  7. Lead the maintenance of trade relationships and execution of contractual agreements
  8. Develop and maintains effective relationships with senior management and community partners

II.  Develop and Execute

  1. Support Director of Marketing and Communications in the development of campaign plans:
    • Maintain calendar and tracking documentation of on-going marketing activities
    • Executes synergy plans for on-air time, the viewer guide, social media and digital marketing; coordinates with web and editorial teams
    • Secures placement of outside media- paid, earned and owned
  2. Clearly communicates deadlines and expectations
  3. Coordinate with Data and Analytics team for campaign benchmarking and adjusts tactics based on reporting

III.  Manage

  1. Develop and track marketing and communications budgets in association with each project or campaign
  2. Track deliverables for campaign plans and ensures high quality work
  3. Submit creative briefs for design and video assets needed
  4. Manage special projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communication

Marketing Communications



  1. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent experience required
  2. Seven years of experience in marketing and communications related field required
  3. Five years of hiring, management and supervisory experience required
  4. Experience developing and executing marketing and communications plans required
  5. Experience developing and executing e-mail marketing touchpoints in digital ecosystem required
  6. Five years of experience project management and/or leadership preferred
  7. Experience with Salesforce and the Marketing Cloud preferred
  8. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information and make decisions
  9. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills including copywriting and copy editing
  10. Ability to manage through change in dynamic media industry environment


  1. Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of time
  2. Ability to type on a keyboard for long periods of time
  3. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
