Job Description

SF plaintiffs' litigation firm has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support busy team of attorneys. Ideal candidate would have a min of 5 yrs' experience  supporting attorneys in a legal or law firm setting. Must have knowledge of litigation and court filing procedures and possess excellent organization and communication skills. Position will have responsibility for heavy travel and meeting planning, processing of monthly expense reports, time entry, preparing general and legal correspondence, and general admin duties as assigned. The ability to multi-task in a team work environment is essential. Great opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and thriving environment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Four year degree preferred but not required.
