This position reports to the Human Resource Manager. Responsible for coordinating day to day facility human resource functions including training, attendance/absenteeism, and employee communications.


  • Facilitate the skills training process for new employees
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in leading the training teams to initiate, develop, deliver and monitor plant training
  • Manage the administrative functions in human resources, including updating attendance database and monitoring the discipline system


  • A results driven individual who has demonstrated ability working in a high performance environment
  • Proven experience in human resources in a manufacturing setting
  • Must have good attention to details, but be able to manage the big picture
  • Must be able to manage multiple, complex tasks and deal easily with pressure on a day in and day out basis
  • Must be able to motivate, communicate and drive continuous improvement
  • Critical thinker, with excellent analytical abilities
  • Good understanding of business principles and practices; can create financial solutions with a bottom line result
  • Solid planning, leadership and administrative skills
  • 2 - 4 years Human Resources experience
  • Professional Certification
  • Solid MS Office Proficiency, including MS Access
  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field
