The Parking Attendant monitors and maintains the parking area up to the client standards.
Monitors the overall parking structure and reports suspicious behavior to Management and/or Security personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides guest directions.
Locates guest vehicle.
Calls for auto/key assistance.
Monitors and responds to the call boxes.
Responds to Emergency Situations.
Assist guest to the blow off ramp when necessary (MOT).
Assist with traffic flow when and where necessary.
Place and/or remove barriers/cones when and where necessary.
Assist with keeping the structure clean of debris.
Follows all Districts policies and procedures.
Provide Friendly and pleasant attitude to guests.
Employee needs to be available for any on off hours calls.
Alerts Management if there are any issues with elevators/escalators or any other none security function.
Alerts Management when observing security issues and/or when emergencies occur.
Alerts Management if Janitorial assistance is needed.
Part-Time Parking Attendants must be on call 365/24, if there is a need in the account they must report to work as required by Management. Days off are subject to changes depending on account needs and priorities of the account.

This is a Part-Time
