The HBS Initiatives combine faculty leadership with an administrative structure to advance research and deliver transformational learning in order to shape the field of practice. The Health Care Initiative, one of several Initiatives, seeks to speed the pace of innovation by educating leaders and innovators who aspire to improve value in the health care industry.

One project of the Health Care Initiative is the Kraft Precision Medicine Accelerator (KPMA). This entrepreneurial activity is designed to bring together leaders with expertise in precision medicine. The effort is underwritten with generous support from The Robert and Myra Kraft Family Foundation, Inc., under the leadership of Foundation President Robert K. Kraft (MBA 1965).

The coordinator supports the core activities of the KPMA, primarily around event planning, communications, and list management. Reporting to the Director of the Health Care Initiative and working directly with KPMA faculty chairs, the coordinator plays a key role in execution of programmatic activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling, planning and executing on- and off-campus events for KPMA working groups, faculty and practitioner roundtables, including logistics, invitation management, and communications.

• Developing relevant meeting materials, including presentations and agendas.

• Documenting meeting notes and working group output.

• Maintaining appropriate lists in the Constituent Relationship Management platform (SalesForce), managing content in the communications platform (Sharepoint), updating contact records, running reports, and coordinating with other departments to maintain data integrity.

• Managing the KPMA's social media presence, including Twitter and LinkedIn.

• Writing press releases.

• Conducting research as needed on key participants in the precision medicine ecosystem.

• Updating content on the KPMA website as directed.

• Attending weekly staff meetings for the Health Care Initiative.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of related administrative experience.
